The first Manchester derby to be played outside England will take place tonight in the US.

Manchester City take on Manchester City at the NRG Stadium in Houston.

City could have midfielder Ilkay Gundogan back for the first time this year.

The midfielder of Turkish origin has recovered from injury and returned to training after recovering from his knee injury.

Gundogan could be available and if he were to play it would be his first Manchester derby since joining the club last summer.

City could also give summer signings Kyle Walker and Bernardo Silva the nod.

United boss Jose Mourinho could also give a few of his summer transfer playing time.

Romelu Lukaku may get his first start since joining from Everton as could Victor Lindelof – both came off the bench in the 5-2 win over LA Galaxy.

The derby will be both sides first match in the International Championship Cup.

City will also face Real Madrid and Tottenham while United will take on Real Madrid and Barcelona.
