Manchester United have made an offer for Valencia wonder-kid Ferhat Cogalan according to his father Sedat.
Valencia have a deal with Cogalan which will see him stay at the club for another five years but United did hold talks with his father and his representative Habib Antar.
Ferhat’s father Sedat said: “We’re in no hurry because Ferhat is in contract with Valencia until 2021.
“But when a club like Manchester United invites us, it is logical that we study the proposal, right?”
Cogalan was born in Arak, Trabzon and joined Valencia aged 12 where he has gone onto make a name for himself as one of the brightest prospects in Turkish football.

The 14-year-old is eligible to represent Spain at intentional level but his father recently stated that he will play for Turkey and he has since gone onto represent the Crescent Stars at youth level.
Cogalan has also been closely linked with Arsenal, Juventus and Borussia Dortmund all reported to be keeping close tabs on the youngster.
Trabzonspor are also reported to be interested in the youngster and have close ties to his father who is from the city.
