Man Utd striker Van Persie strikes deal with Fenerbahce
As reported by Turkish-football.com’s Emre Sarıgül and the Guardian’s Jamie Jackson on Saturday United and Fenerbahçe have been locked in negotiations over reaching a final deal.
The Yellow Canaries had already reached an agreement-in-principle for Van Persie last week and he is ready to sign a three-year deal.
Van Persie would become the eight player to join Fenerbahçe should he join from United.
The 31-year-old would not be the only former United player in the team however, as Nani completed a three-year move on Monday for a €6 million fee becoming the Yellow Canaries seventh transfer of the summer.
