Bayer Leverkusen take on BATE in Belarussia hoping to keep their dreams of a place in the Champions League Last 16 alive.
Bayer are currently third in Group E but could overtake second placed Roma with a win should the Italians lose or draw against Barcelona.
Turkish international star Hakan Çalhanoğlu is expected to start for Bayer after an impressive performance against Frankfurt in the Bundesliga on the weekend scoring and providing an assist in the 3-1 victory.
Çalhanoğlu has been closely linked with Manchester United over recent weeks. The Bild claimed that the Red Devils sent scouts to the last match between Roma and Bayer.
Bayer will however, be without Turkish international defender Ömer Toprak who is suspended.
Bender (ankle), Kiessling (ill), Jedvaj (hip), Hilbert (knee), Ryu (ankle) are out injured for Bayer while Rodionov (knee), Stasevich (foot) are out for BATE.
