Ilkay Gündoğan stated on his official Facebook page that he will make a decision regarding his future at the end of June.
In a statement published on the 24-year-old’s official Facebook page on June 12, Gündoğan confirmed that he will make his decision after the 2014/15 seasons which ends on 30 June.

“Strictly speaking, this 2014/15 season ends on 30 June for me. Transfers are made early in football, but I still have matches to concentrate on,” Gündoğan stated on Facebook.
June come to an end on Tuesday and Dortmund CEO Michael Zorc added fuel to the fire when he confirmed that “There will be some action in the turn of next week.”
Manchester United are currently the bookmakers favourite for Gündoğan if he does decide to leave the German giants.
Gündoğan was closely linked with Barcelona and Bayern Munich but both clubs are reported to have cooled interest in the Germany international.
Gündoğan wrapped up the season with five assists and three goals in 33 appearances in all competitions. The 24-year-old also played a staring role in Germany’s 7-0 victory over Gibraltar earlier this month.
