Galatasaray have made Everton an offer for Oumar Niasse according to the Gunes newspaper.
Per the source, the Lions want the Senegal international on a loan move.
Niasse reportedly wants the move after dropping down the pecking order at Everton behind Cenk Tosun, Calvert-Lewin and Sandro Ramirez.
The 28-year-old was however, brought on as a late substitute for Tosun in the 2-2 draw against Wolves which raises questions over claims that Niasse is actually fourth choice striker.
Everton boss Marco Silva is reportedly set to make the final decision over whether Niasse will be given the green light to leave.
If Silva does give Niasse the all clear he is expected to attend the Galatasaray vs Goztepe game on the weekend.
In fact, the report claims that the two clubs have agreed terms but that Silva will determine what happens next.
Galatasaray have already signed one player on loan from Everton, Henry Onyekuru.
The Lions can only loan players or make free transfers this summer due to pressure from Financial Fair Play to curb spending.
The reigning Super Lig champions are on a last warning and will be suspended from European competition if they do not comply.
Galatasaray will compete in the Champions League this season.
Niasse is no stranger to Super Lig football having previously played for Akhisar.
Everton signed the Senegal forward on a £13.5m [BBC] move from Lokomotiv Moscow in 2016.
