Trabzonspor winger Marko Marin provided the assist for the winning goal in the 1-0 win over Kayserispor at the Kadir Has stadium.
The win took Trabzonspor into joint first place alongside rivals Fenerbahçe in the Turkish Super League table.
Marin came on as a second half substitute and soon made his presence felt when he passed the ball to Oscar Cardozo following a dangerous from from Özer Hurmacı.
The Germany international put just enough weight on his pass to threat Cardozo through in on goal who beat the keeper from six-yards out.
Marin took to social media after the game and shared a picture on Instagram alongside Cardozo with the caption: “3 Points.”
Cardozo also came off the bench for Trabzonspor to score his second goal of the season.
The assist was Marin’s first for his new side but the 26-year-old has yet to make a start for the Black Sea Storm.
Marin joined Trabzonspor on a one-year loan from Chelsea over the summer transfer window.
