Mehmet Özdilek bids farewell to Kayseri Erciyesspor

Mehmet Özdilek has bid farewell to Suat Altın İnşaat Kayseri Erciyesspor after resigning as manager yesterday.
The young manager submitted his resigned to the club chairman following a disappointing run of results.
“I decided to resign as manager of Kayseri Erciyesspor following a discussion with the chairman yesterday,” Özdilek told LigTv.
“I believe it is in the best interests of the club for me to part company now.”
Erciyesspor have lost four games in a row and have suffered eight defeats in their last ten games in the Turkish Super Lig.
The Blue Dragons sit in 16th place with 20 points in 25 games. The relegation battlers are seven points off 15th placed Eskisehirspor.
Erciyesspor confirmed the news on their official website and are on the hunt for a new manager.

Özdilek had signed a one and a half year contract with the Blue Dragons. The 48-year-old manager has previously managed Gençlerbirliği, Antalyaspor and Malatyaspor.
