Lille beat St Etienne 3-0 at the Stade Pierre Mauroy stadium in Ligue 1 on Wednesday 28 August.

Turkey international duo Mehmet Zeki Celik and Yusuf Yazici started for the French side.

Celik put on an impressive display providing his second assist in three games for Lille this term.

The 22-year-old left-back setup Victor Osimhen with a delightful cross which the Nigeria international buried into the bottom corner giving the opposition keeper no chance.

Celik created two goal-scoring chances over the course of the 90 minutes and helped his side on the defensive end contributing towards keeping a clean sheet.

Celik joined Lille on a €2.5m move from Turkish second-tier side Istanbulspor last summer.
