The reigning Serie A champions will take on Spurs in their first International Champions Cup clash as part of their preseason tour of far-east Asia.
The friendly will take place on 21 July.
Demiral joined the Bianconeri on an €18m move from Sassuolo earlier this month but his future has been cast into doubt following the transfer of Matthijs de Ligt.
The Turkey international has already been linked with a summer exit.
Turkish-Football reported that Manchester United made an enquiry about his availability and AC Milan have already had an offer rejected.
The 21-year-old wants to stay and fight for his place in the team despite there currently being five first-team center-backs.

Demiral could be given a chance to prove himself against Tottenham as he will travel back to Italy afterward.
The young defender was not granted a visa for the second part of Juventus’ tour in China.
Juve take on Inter in China on 24 July. Demiral will rejoin the team by their third friendly against Atletico Madrid on 10 August in Stockholm.
