Mesut Ozil revleals what Julian Draxler told him about Arsenal defensive transfer
Arsenal strengthened their defensive line after signing Sead Kolasinac on a free transfer from Schalke this summer.
Kolasinac will join fellow ex Schalke man Mesut Ozil at the North London based outfit.
Ozil and Kolasinac were never actually teammates.
The playmaker of Turkish origin has however, revealed that he has investigated his new team-mate.
Ozil revealed asking PSG and former Schalke star Julian Draxler about his new teammate.

“I’ve spoken to a few players who have played with him at Schalke, like Draxler,” Ozil told Arsenal Player.
“They said to me that Sead is a really good player with a character that will fit our team.
“What I’ve seen of him on the training pitch so far is that he’s very strong, but character-wise he seems to be a really nice guy. We’re happy to have him in our team.”
Ozil also revealed that he will try to help Kolasinac settle in with recommendations on where to live and more importantly what to eat.
“If he has questions where I know I can help him, I’ll be very happy to do that,” he added.
“As a new player, you want to know about where you can live, what you can do, which restaurants are good. If he has any questions, my door is always open to him.”
