The Citizens took a giant leap towards booking a place in the quarter-finals as a result.
Midfielder of Turkish origin put on a brilliant display opening the scoring inside the first 15 minutes before scoring his sides fourth and final goal from range.
The 27-year-old scored his first brace since bagging two goals in the 3-1 win over Barcelona in the same competition last season.
