Galatasaray take on Bayern Munich in the Champions League Group A Match Day 4 game in Germany on Wednesday.

After securing four points from their first three matches, Galatasaray sits in second place in their group, just behind Bayern Munich, who have won all of their matches so far.

Galatasaray will face Manchester United at RAMS Park in their fifth group match, followed by a match against Copenhagen away from home.

For the upcoming match against Bayern Munich, Galatasaray coach Okan Buruk has decided to include Fernando Muslera in the starting lineup.

There were fears Muslera would miss the game after being taken off injured during the 2-1 win over Kasimpasa in the Super Lig over the weekend.

It appears his injury was not as serious as initially thought and he will start tonight.

Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk is likely to keen a similar side to the team that faced Bayern on match day three. Hakim Ziyech could be one of the few changes made coming in for Tete.

Buruk expects a difficult game but that he trusts his players to perform like they did in the first clash against Bayern.

Bayern did win the first game 3-1 but Galatasaray put on a valiant display and missed several chances to score.

“Our goal is to qualify from the group. We will face a very good team (on Wednesday) — with very high quality, we saw that clearly in the first game. Their attacking players are very fast, they get to the opponent’s goal very quickly. A team that plays both transitional and positional games very well,” said Buruk

“A very difficult match awaits us. Of course, we feel confident. I trust my players. With the power of our Turkish fans who will support us here, we will do our best on the pitch and play as well as we did in the first match. I hope we can reflect that in the result this time.”
