Napoli v Man City – Probable lineups – Pep Guardiola missing two key defenders
Napoli host Premier League leaders Manchester City at the Stadio San Paolo tonight in the UEFA Champions League.
Both sides have been in impressive form in their domestic leagues this season. The Citizens recorded a 2-1 win over Napoli a fortnight ago.
Pep Guardiola’s sides are unbeaten this season and have registered 13 wins in a row.
Napoli meanwhile sit at the top of the Serie A with 31 points after 11 games. Maurizio Sarri’s side defeated Sassuolo by a 3-1 scoreline on Sunday.
German playmaker Ilkay Gundogan has been included in the squad which traveled to Italy. The midfielder has been eased back into the squad following a long-term injury which kept him on the sidelines for over ten months.
Gundogan featured for City during their 3-2 victory over West Brom in the Premier League last weekend.
Pep Guardiola will be unable to call upon two key defenders in Vincent Kompany and Benjamin Mendy.
