Newcastle & Everton to scout £30m striker in derby clash against Galatasaray
Besiktas star Cenk Tosun will have all eyes on him heading into the Istanbul derby against Galatasaray.
A source close to Besiktas has revealed to Turkish-Football that Newcastle and Everton will be among several clubs to send scouts to the derby clash.
The scouts have been keeping close tabs on Tosun for several months now.
Besiktas are concerned that they could lose the Turkish international in January and have decided to set a £30 million valuation to ward of potential suitors.
The Black Eagles would however, consider offers that match their asking price.
In fact the reigning Super Lig champions could be tempted by offers of £20 million and above.

Tosun has four goals and two assists in the Champions League this season – 10 goals in all competitions.
The star forward played a key role in Besiktas lifting the league title for the past two seasons.
Tosun is almost certain to start in the derby against Galatasaray at the Vodafone Park stadium on Saturday.
Besiktas head into the match in fourth place, six points behind league leaders Galatasaray.
The Eagles have yet to lose a game at the Vodafone Park since its inauguration in 2015.
