Newcastle United have received an offer from Trabzonspor for defender Chancel Mbemba according to reports in Turkey.
The Fanatik newspaper claim that the Black Sea based outfit want the 23-year-old on loan.
Per the source, Trabzonspor are waiting for a decision from the Magpies.

The Super Lig outfit could face competition from Portuguese giants Porto.
The Sun report that Porto are keen on the defender and are prepared to offer £8 million.
Mbemba would join on a four-year deal if the transfer goes ahead.
The report states that Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez has to see before he can buy and the transfer of Mbemba would, therefore, be given the green light.
If Porto have made an £8 million bid it makes for a more attractive offer than Trabzonspor’s loan bid.
The Congo international does have another two-years remaining on his contract.
Newcastle appear to have a problem with their wage bill which stands at around £95 million according to the Mirror.
The Magpies could loan Mbemba and get Trabzonspor to pay his wages if they did not want to lose him on a permanent deal.
Considering the defender only made 10 appearances in all competitions last season, it does not appear that the defender features heavily in Benitez’s plans.
