Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun found the back of the net for the fourth time in the Champions League this season as his side were held to a 1-1 draw in Group G.

The Black Eagles are unbeaten in Europe this season and first in their group on 10 points.

Tosun has four goals and one assist to his name this campaign.

The Turkish international has attracted widespread interest as a result of his impressive form.

Newcastle United, Crystal Palace, Tottenham and Everton are just some of the teams that have been linked with Tosun.

NTV Spor are reporting that Tosun is keen on a move to St James Park.

Per the source, Newcastle had scouts attend the latest Monaco clash and that they are preparing a January bid for the prolific striker.

The Magpies want Cenk in January but Besiktas are not willing to sell the 26-year-old until the end of the season.

Besiktas will consider offers that match their €25 million valuation at the end of the current campaign.

Tosun has two years remaining on his contract and has nine goals and two assists in all competitions this season.
