Newcastle United prepare mega £20m bid for star striker, will hold face-to-face negotiations with Euro Giants
Newcastle United are preparing a mega January offer for Turkey international Cenk Tosun.
The Toons have been closely linked with a move for the in-form striker since the summer transfer window. However, Tosun’s impressive run of form this season has increased his market value significantly.
The 26-year-old netted 26 goals during Besiktas’ title winning season last term and has gone from strength to strength since the summer.
Tosun has scored ten goals in 17 appearances so far for Besiktas. The star striker has four goals and two assists to his name in the UEFA Champions League. The Besiktas star showed his class on Tuesday when he provided the assist for the Black Eagles opener against FC Porto.

According to the Turkish outlet CNN Turk, Newcastle are preparing a bumper £20 million offer for the star striker in January.
Per the source, club officials will fly out to Turkey to hold face-to-face talks with Besiktas.
However, Besiktas are unwilling to let their star striker leave mis-way though such a successful season.
