“It is true there are offers but he have no official bids yet, we know he is being closely monitored and that more offers are imminet. I would love him to stay on for another season but we are making plans for him leaving,” Avci said speaking live on NTV Spor.

The rising star is regarded as one of the brightest talents in Turkish football, already breaking into the senior Turkish national team.

Tottenham and Manchester United have been closely linked with a move for Under.

Turkish outlet Ajansspor claim Tottenham agreed a £7.8 million fee for the winger.

Under’s agent Omer Koray Uzun meanwhile, told Turkish-Football that while a deal has not been reached Tottenham are interested.

Basaksehir value Under as being worth £13 million but could be willing to lower their asking price to £10.4 million.

beIn Sport pundit Ekrem Eksioglu recently revealed on the Cafe Spor program that Lille also want to sign Under.

“Lille made Basaksehir a €5 million bid which was immediately turned down,” Eksioglu said.

“Basaksehir want a lot more.

“They know they have Manchester United as well as Tottenham on their doorstep monitoring the situation closely and are in no rush to make a decision.

“Like what happened with Enes Unal and Manchester City they plan to sign Under and then loan him out so that he can continue developing by playing first team football.”

Nicknamed the Turkish Dybala, the Turkish international forward still has another four-years on his contract.

Under wrapped up an impressive breakthrough season in the Super Lig scoring nine times and providing seven assists in all competitions.
