Galatasaray are on the verge of completing the transfer of goalkeeper Okan Kocuk from Bursaspor on a four-year deal according to Fanatik.

Per the source, Kocuk has reached an agreement-in-principle with Galatasaray and will complete his transfer to the Lions imminently.

The 23-year-old reportedly underwent his medical earlier this evening after parting ways with Bursaspor.

The report claims that Kocuk paid Bursaspor €450,000 to terminate his contract so that he can join Galatasaray.

Kocuk made 22 appearances for the Green Crocodiles last season conceding 23 goals and keeping seven clean sheets.

The young keeper was unable to prevent his side from relegation to the Turkish second-tier.

Bursaspor’s relegation ended a dramatic fall from grace which saw the sixth side to win the Super Lig title bow out from the top-flight.

Kocuk will join Galatasaray as a second-choice keeper to Uruguay international Fernando Muslera.

The Lions won the league title last season and will compete in the Champions League next term.
