Galatasaray defender Jason Denayer is expected to make his Champions League debut against Atletico Madrid today at the Türk Telekom Arena.
The on-loan Manchester City centre-back has yet to make his debut for the Lions since joining over the summer but could be brought in to provide defensive cover against Atleti today.
Denayer shared a picture on Instagram alongside the caption: “Match Day !!”
The 20-year-old would make his first appearance in the group stages should he feature tonight against the Spanish giants.
Galatasaray have competed in the Champions League group stages for four consecutive seasons but finished in last place in the last campaign.
The Lions won the league and cup double last season becoming the first Turkish club to win the Super League for the 20th time and earn the right to add a fourth star to their crest.
