Manchester City beat reigning Premier League champions Chelsea 1-0 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday 30 September.
Midfielder of Turkish origin Ilkay Gundogan only recently returned to first-team action after a 10 month knee injury.
Gundogan made a second half appearance for City replacing Leroy Sane on 84 minutes.
The star midfielder took to social media after the game and expressed how pleased he was with the victory but did not forgot his injured teammates.
The 26-year-old dedicated the win to Sergio Aguero who was involved in a car crash last week and Benjamin Mendy who recently picked up a long term injury.
