The Czech referee averages 3.84 yellow cards, 0.15 red cards and 0.14 penalties per-game.

Roman Slysko and Martin Wilczek will be Kralovec’s assistants and Antonin Kordula will be the fourth linesman.

The 37-year-old referee has officiated in the 2010 and 2014 World Cup qualifiers as well as qualifying matches for Euro 2008 and Euro 2012.

Turkish clubs are yet to win a game in which the experienced referee has officiated.

Trabzonspor lost 2-0 to Juventus last year and Fenerbahçe drew 1-1 with Lazio in the quarter-finals of the 2012-13 Europa League.

Galatasaray are yet to win a Champions League game this season.

The Lions have one point after three games after only managing a 1-1 draw with Anderlecht in Istanbul.

Galatasaray lost the other games 4-1 against Arsenal in London and 4-0 against Dortmund in Istanbul.

The Turkish giants have the second worst defensive record in the competition after BATE with a goal average of -7.
