Manchester City star playmaker Ilkay Gundogan appears to be in a relaxed mood as pre-season training approaches.

The 27-year-old endured a turbulent summer after Germany crashed out of the World Cup during the group stage.

Gundogan took to social media to share a photo of himself while on holiday in Mykonos and included the following caption, “Rest, relax & recharge.”

Gundogan is expected to re-join the rest of Man City’s squad for pre-season training later this month.
