Caglar Soyuncu has flown back to Turkey ahead of the UEFA Nations League opener against Russia.
The 22-year-old made the move to Leicester City for £19 million on transfer deadline day.
Soyuncu is yet to make an appearance for Leicester City’s senior side but did play the full 90 minutes for their 23-side on Monday.
The combative defender has already established himself as a key member of Turkey’s national team.
Leicester City suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Liverpool on Saturday. The Foxes next clash is against Bournemouth on September 15.
