Arsenal star Mesut Ozil is expected to miss the first game of the Premier League season against Liverpool due to injury.
Ozil has however, found an unorthodox way in which to prepare himself for the 2016-17 league campaign.
The Germany international of Turkish origin has been soaking in the LA sun rays ahead of what he describes as a ‘loooooong UK #BPL season’.
Perhaps he is loading up on his vitamin D before returning to England but judging from his facial expression he does not look comfortable basking in the sun.
Other than sun bathing Ozil has also been enjoying the West Coast party scene and recently shared an Instagram post alongside fellow Germany international of Turkish origin Emre Can as well as Leroy Sane after a night out in LA.
Can and Ozil were also recently spotted alongside Draxler at the Wet Republic, Las Vegas pool party and had their pictures splashed across the Mirror.
