Mesut Ozil had one of the most famous bromances in football with Mathieu Flamini during his time at Arsenal.
Ozil linked up with the Frenchman in a meeting he named the ‘bromance reunion’.
The photograph he shared pictured both of them laughing and I must say it does look pretty genuine.
The playmaker of Turkish origin also promised his followers that he is going to prepare something very soon with his best friend forever.
Flamini enjoyed a budding bromance with Ozil during his time Arsenal.
Former Arsenal player Theo Walcott described the special bond the two players have as being ‘Flamzil’ during his time at the club and went as far to say: “They go to the gym together, have massaged together I wouldn’t be surprised if they even share a house together.”
Daniel Welbeck meanwhile described the two players fondness for each other in an interview on the Arsenal Media: “The bromance of the season award goes to Mesut Özil and Flamini they are twins. I’ve played with twins, in Fabio and Rafael Da Silva, but these are closer.”
Ozil is set to feature for the Gunners against Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Sunday after being rested mid-week in the Europa League against Sporting Lisbon.
