The playmaker of Turkish origin shared a photograph on Instagram of himself reading his own book with a cheeky smile – I wonder what he found so funny?

Anyway Ozil had a surprise for his Turkish fans.

The book he in the photo is the Turkish language edition of his book.

The Arsenal star asked his followers what they thought of the book and revealed that it has now gone on sale in 13 different countries.

Ozil’s family originate from the North Western province of Zonguldak, Turkey.

The 29-year-old actually has a street named after him in the town of Devrek.
