Manchester City star Ilkay Gundogan has remained in a positive mood despite Man City’s 1-1 draw with Everton on Monday.

Gundogan played no part in the fixtures as he continues his recovery from a long-term knee injury. The 26-year-old hasn’t featured for City since last December.

The Citizens came from a goal behind and a man down to salvage a point at the Etihad.

Gundogan took to social media to spread a positive message to City fans, “Chin up, chest out. Season has started. I am sure there is something in the air. #Manchester #positivevibes.”
