Liverpool star midfielder Emre Can has taken to social media following the Reds win over AS Roma in the UEFA Champions League semi-final.

The 24-year-old missed the game due to a back injury he picked up last month. Can may have already played his last game for Liverpool as his contract expires at the end of the month.

Can has also been closely linked with a move to Serie A giants Juventus in recent weeks.

Following Liverpool’s aggregate win over Roma on Tuesday night, Can shared a photo of his teammates celebrating and included the following caption, “Congratulations boys. One more step!”
