Bursaspor Timsah Arena – which translates to Bursaspor Crocodile Stadium – has been doing the rounds on social media this week after several large sports outlets shared images of the unique stadium.
The stadium, which was opened in 2015, is known for the large crocodile head which also doubles up as an entrance.
Awareness of the reptilian designed structure has increased after it was included in Turkey’s 2024 Euro Cup bid.
