The Istanbul derby between Fenerbahce and Besiktas ended disastrously after Black Eagles boss Senol Gunes was taken to hospital forcing the game to be abandoned.
Gunes was struck on the head by a foreign object thrown by a Fenerbahce fan.
The Besiktas manager received five stitches, suffered a mild concussion and spent the night in hospital.
