Everton star striker Cenk Tosun has taken to social media to celebrate national children’s day in Turkey.
April 23 is celebrated in Turkey with nationwide ceremonies and while Tosun is plying his trade in Everton, he has not forgotten about his home nation.
The star striker took to Instagram to share a photo of children celebrating the event and included the caption, “National Sovereignty and Children’s day.”
Tosun will be hoping to cap off the day with a goal against Newcastle United tonight. Everton will be looking to return to winning ways when they host the Magpies at Goodison Park.
