Liverpool star goalkeeper Loris Karius has sent an emotional message to the Reds fans while thanking Besiktas supporters for their welcome.
Karius touched down in Istanbul last night ahead of his two-year loan deal with the Black Eagles.
The German goalkeeper was greeted by thousands of Besiktas supports who made their way out to the airport to welcome their latest signing.
Karius stated that he is proud to be part of the Besiktas Family. The 26-year-old also thanked Liverpool fans for their support.
“I’m proud to be part of the famous @besiktas family now. Your welcome at the airport yesterday was simply overwhelming! I will give it my all to win as many titles as possible with Beşiktaş.
“A big Thank You goes out to all of the Liverpool fans for the support until now – you indeed never let me walk alone.”
