Algeria international striker Islam Slimani has scored his first goal for Fenerbahce. Slimani is currently on a season-long loan with the Istanbul giants from Leicester City.
The 29-year-old has started Fenerbahce’s last two goals and scored to put his side 2-1 against Kayserispor.
Unfortunately for Slimani, the Yellow Canaries went on to lose the game by a 3-2 scoreline. Fenerbahce already find themselves nine points behind leaders Kasimpasa.

Leicester City meanwhile suffered their second defeat of the season against leaders Liverpool on Saturday. The Foxes are back in action on September 15 against Bournemouth.
