Liverpool loanee Loris Karius appears to be settling in to life in Istanbul since completing his loan move to Besiktas over the summer transfer window.
Karius has already established himself as a fan favorite, picked up a man of the match award in the Istanbul derby against Fenerbahce and featured in his first European competition game since the Champions League final against Real Madrid.
The goalkeeper has also been trying to learn Turkish and immerse himself in the culture which has gone down well with the locals.
The German keeper has also developed a taste for the steaks dished up by Nusret Gokce, better known as Salt Bae.
Salt Bae personally fed a piece of meat from his knife into Karius’ mouth after the victory over Malatyaspor.
