Liverpool star midfielder Emre Can has slammed the media for reporting ‘false’ stories about him.
The 24-year-old took to social media late last night to provide an injury update. Can confirmed that he has returned to the UK after picking up an injury while on international duty.
Can went on to state that he will no longer comment on continuing stories and rumours regarding his future.

“I’ve just returned from international duty with the German team and working on coming back from injury,” Can stated on his Instagram story post.
“Interesting stories about me in the press!. I’m no longer going to comment on any false stories or rumours! Looking forward to getting back on the pitch ASAP.”
Liverpool are back in action this weekend in the Premier League when they take on Crystal Palace.
