Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan has taken to social media following Germany’s win over Peru on Sunday.
The 27-year-old started the game in midfield alongside Kimmich and Toni Kroos. Gundogan was taken off after 85 minutes for Petersen.
Following the final whistle, the Man City star took to social media to state that Germany were lucky to overcome an impressive Peru side.
Gundogan is expected to return to action with Man City when they host the newly promoted Fulham at the Etihad Stadium.
