Man City star midfielder Ilkay Gundogan has shared a snap from training ahead of the Citizens midweek UEFA Champions League clash.
Pep Guardiola’s side takes on Hoffenheim tonight as they look to register their first European win of the season.
City suffered a shock 2-1 defeat at the hands of Lyon a fortnight ago at the Etihad.
Guardiola was taken off at half-time during that game but has been in impressive form ever since.
The 27-year-old was rested over the weekend which may indicate that Guardiola may start him against Hoffenheim tonight.
Gundogan shared a photo of himself from training and included the following caption, “Champions League warm up before the journey to Germany.”
