Manchester City have been on a warm-weather training break in Abu Dhabi over the past week.

The Citizens are top of the Premier League, have booked a place in the Champions League quarter-finals and have already lifted one piece of silverware – the League Cup – this season so they probably do deserve a reward of sorts.

Kevin De Bruyne hopped over to Dubai to sample of Salt Bae’s famous meats.

The butcher, turned chef, turned social media superstar has a restaurant in Dubai which opened its doors to the Man City ace yesterday.

De Bruyne posed with Nusret Gokce – his actual name – and shared the photograph on Instagram alongside the caption ‘The Boss’.

Gokce had salt up his warm – well we presume it was salt – so he was probably getting busy sprinkling the magic powder beforehand.
