Revealed: Man of the match for Liverpool 2-1 Burnley win
Liverpool 2-1 Burnley: Germany international Emre Can has been named as the man of the match today by SkySports.
The 22-year-old midfielder played a staring role in the Reds 2-1 victory over Burnley.
Can scored Liverpool’s winning goal midway though the second half. The combative midfielder also played an important defensive role for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
The goal was Emre Can’s fourth of the season and probably his best. Can drilled the ball into the bottom corner from outside the area (Watch here).

Can has under 18-months remaining on his contract with Liverpool and has been linked with a move to Juventus in recent weeks.
Liverpool have moved five points clear of fifth placed Arsenal following their win over Burnley. The Gunners do however, have two games in hand and can leap frog Liverpool if they win both fixtures.
Jurgen Klopp’s side will now begin preparation’s for next weekend’s clash with Manchester City.
