(Photo) Man City team news: £20m star playmaker issues injury update
Manchester City star Ilkay Gundogan has given an update on the status of his injury.
Gundogan has not played since December following a knee injury but he has recently returned to light training.
The Germany international of Turkish origin shared a picture on Instagram of himself working out in the gym.
Gundogan was all smiles and appeared to have been doing an abdominal workout going by the medicine ball and the fact that he’s on the floor.
Gundogan has yet to set himself a return date but he has been making a steady recovery.
