Manchester City star playmaker Ilkay Gundogan has taken to social media to reveal the secret to his success.
The 26-year-old posted a photo of himself on social media working out at the gym on his day off.
Gundogan also included the following caption, “Nothing will work, unless you do. #WorkHardAnywhere #DayOff.”

The Germany international suffered a serious knee injury which kept him out of first-team football for 12 months last year.
Gundogan has recently secured a regular spot in Pep Guardiola’s starting line up and played the full 90 minutes against Burnley FC on Saturday.
