Arsenal star playmaker Mesut Ozil has taken to social media to congratulate Germany on their win over Azerbaijan.
The 28-year-old was an injury doubt going into the game due to a back injury he suffered during training. Ozil also missed Arsenal’s previous fixture against West Brom with a hamstring problem.
Ozil did however make an appearance off the bench during Germany’s 4-1 victory over Azerbaijan. The news comes as a boost to Arsenal who take on Man City.
