Photo: Southampton Midfielder Mocks Arsenal Star Mesut Ozil With London Tube Picture

Arsenal star Mesut Ozil shared a picture of himself on Instagram on the tube on Sunday afternoon.

The playmaker of Turkish origin captioned the photograph with the following message: ‘Doing this tourist thing today’.

Southampton midfielder Oriol Romeu followed Ozil’s trend with a similar Instagram post captioned: ‘doing Ozil’s things’.

Romeu attempted to recreate Ozil’s post while taking a ride on the Bakerloo line.

Ozil followed his tube photo with a few more shots documenting his tourist trip around London.

Could it be a signal that Ozil is staying or perhaps leaving? maybe he just wanted to take in the sights and sounds of London.

The 29-year-old could find himself featuring in the London derby against Chelsea in the League Cup tonight.
