Manchester City star playmaker Ilkay Gundogan appears to be enjoying his summer break ahead of the upcoming pre-season clash.
The 27-year-old took to social media to reveal that he is on his way to Mykonos in Greece.
Gundogan shared a photo of himself in a colourful shirt sporting his new short haircut.
“The beach is calling. Our way to #Mykonos”
Gundogan will return to pre-season training with the rest of the Man City squad later this month. The midfielder has been handed an extended break after representing Germany during 2018 World Cup.
The Citizens face Arsenal in their first game of the 2018/19 Premier League season.
