Galatasaray manager Cesare Prandelli has stated that he has no intention of resigning following the heavy 4-1 defeat to Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League.
“Upon reviewing the game I don’t believe we deserved to lose by such a margin.” Said Prandelli in the post match press conference.
“The teams moral is low, a couple mistakes cost us dearly. In comparison to the game in Istanbul, we were much better.”
When asked about Burak Yilmaz’s absence from the starting XI the Italian manager said, “I had to make a decision, Burak was tired and is carrying an injury, he needed a rest.
Prandelli finished the conference by saying “I have not considered resigning and I will not resign. Our aim is to win the Turkish Super League.”
