Preview: Antalyaspor v Fenerbahce – Yellow Canaries aim to go 8 points clear at the top

Van Persie

Fenerbahçe travel to sunny Antalya hoping to increase their lead at the top of the table to eight points.

Antalya is usually sunny but not today in fact there is a risk of the game being abandoned due to heavy rain but as things stand the match will go ahead.

Fenerbahçe are five points clear at the top of the table but it is worth pointing out that second placed Beşiktaş have two games in hand and will go top if they win their next three games.

Antalyaspor are without a win in their last four league matches while Fenerbahçe have won five of their last six on the road in Super Lig.

The Yellow Canaries have a number of defensive problems going into the game. The leaders will be without Gökhan Gönül and Abdoulaye Ba are out injured and Simon Kjaer is suspended.

Fenerbahçe are the most in-form side in the league and have won seven and lost one of the last ten matches against Antalyaspor in all competitions.

Prediction: Fenerbahçe Win
