Preview: Besiktas v Gaziantepspor – Black Eagles return after the great freeze

Liverpool transfer news

Besiktas return to the Super Lig after missing the last two rounds of games due to heavy snow resulting in their last two matches being abandoned.

The Black Eagles will take on a Gaziantepspor struggling for goals after losing their top scorer Muhammet Demir to Trabzonspor last month.

Besiktas strengthened the squad over the winter break replacing struggling keeper Tolga Zengin with Denys Boyko and replacing Ersan Gulum with Marcelo in defence.

Besiktas are currently in second place five points behind leaders Fenerbahce but the Eagles do have three games in hand.

The Istanbul giants are in great form having won their last four matches and will be firm favourites against the Falcons.
