Leeds United target Mbaye Diagne impressed visiting scouts as he continued his prolific goalscoring streak over the weekend.
Turkish Football recently reported that Leeds scouts were present during Kasimpasa’s clash with Alanyaspor on Sunday.
Despite the Istanbul based club’s defeat, Diagne put in an impressive display and scored in the 89th minute.
Visiting scouts will have been impressed as the Senegalese striker netted his eighth goal in six Turkish Super Lig games this season.
Diagne is keen on a move to the English Premier League and has already applied for an EU passport to circumvent UK work permit issues.
Meanwhile, Super Lig reigning champions Galatasaray are also interested in a move for Diagne according to reports from Turkey.
Leeds are back in action on Friday night when they take on Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship.
Diagne is expected to return to action when Kasimpasa face Trabzonspor on Saturday evening.
